Videos: PRM Features for Physician Liaison Activities

Marketware’s Physician Relationship Management Platform makes it easier than ever to plan, track, and measure the effectiveness of liaison activity across key growth initiatives. You’ll be better armed to prevent physician turnover and loss of revenue by keeping organized timelines and task assignments. Review responsiveness by tracking physicians and closing the loop on any obstacles to access or service issues. Our easy-to-use platform integrates claims data into the PRM, providing insights into the patient mix, payer mix, claims volume, and shared patient connections. This helps you evaluate return on visit at the provider level. Below we’ve included a series of videos that review some of the most important PRM features for physician liaison activities.

One Screen for Managing Tasks & Activities

Whether you’re creating a task, managing costs, or pulling reports, this PRM feature makes it easy for physician liaisons to stay on top of their day-to-day operations.

Outlook Calendar Integration: The calendar integrates with Outlook so you can push or assign meetings and activities right from the PRM. You can create and assign activities to others from here, or manage your schedule.

Quick Task Creation: Create a new task right from the activities tab. PRM pulls from the provider database, so all your providers are readily available. Once you select a provider, the system links the task to them, creating a record that tracks all activities associated with that provider.

Task Flexibility & Customization: Nearly everything on the activities screen is customizable. Configure fields, assign tasks, document costs, and track expenses to customize the dashboard according to your organization’s specific needs.

Notifications: Assign tasks for future dates and backdate them if needed. Once a meeting is assigned, the platform emails an invite to the liaison.

Quick Reports: Quickly assess what’s happening on the ground with reports. You can view tasks by liaison, initiative, or provider, or check for upcoming tasks. Additionally, all columns are configurable and exportable, making it easy to generate custom reports tailored to your needs. This flexibility helps streamline reporting and ensures that you have the necessary data at your fingertips for informed decision-making.

Healthcare-Specific Provider & Practice Profiles

For quick access to key information within the PRM, create various profiles to manage all the people and places involved in your engagement efforts.

Comprehensive Details: Each profile includes comprehensive details, such as notes and metrics so that you can manage your relationships effectively. It provides details about the provider’s connections, their place of employment, and the facilities where they hold privileges and deliver care. This helps organize and track essential provider information across different locations and roles, ensuring a complete and updated profile.

Provider Data: By using external claims data, you’ll gain a complete view of each physician’s type, specialty, service line, and affiliations in one place. You can also view all the associated practices or hospitals and see which providers belong to each location.

Additional Staff Profiles: Include profiles for office staff, such as managers and operational personnel, allowing you to include them in group practice affiliations.

Detailed Location Information: By integrating with Google Maps, we provide real-time addresses and office locations for easy reference. You can even assign and display office hours, so end users know exactly when a provider is available.

Log & Track Physician Issues

Using the PRM, liaisons can efficiently track progress on issues, identify which providers or facilities are affected, and prioritize actions needed for resolution.

User-friendly Documentation: The platform provides a user-friendly form where issues can be documented, categorized, and assigned impact levels. Customize fields like issue name, provider details, and other relevant data to meet your organization’s specific needs.

Notifications: Once the issue is logged, the PRM automatically sends an email notification to the involved team members, ensuring they are aware and can take timely action.

Issue Status: See outstanding issues, past-due items, and completed resolutions to issues.

Manage Activities for Specific Providers

The activities section on provider profiles provides a detailed look at all interactions with the provider. This section is essential for tracking and archiving activities and provides valuable context for each provider relationship.

History Feed: The system summarizes past and upcoming activities, highlighting interactions and key details like notes or descriptions of discussions and actions taken. This helps track progress and stay informed about future steps.

Review for Insights: These details help you understand the effectiveness of your interactions over time. Reviewing these tasks lets you assess completed actions, identify what worked, and determine necessary adjustments for future progress. This helps refine the process and ensures ongoing improvements.

Marketware’s PRM platform equips physician liaisons with tools to streamline activities, enhance relationships, and boost efficiency in healthcare operations. By centralizing tasks, tracking physician issues, and integrating key data, the platform supports better decision-making and drives strategic growth.
