  • Practice Opps Last 12 Months: Total count of practice opportunities created in the last 12 months.
  • Average Time to Hire: Average number of days it takes to hire a candidate from start to contract.
  • Met Target Fill Last 12 Months: Number of opportunities completed by or before the target fill date.
