At Marketware, we don’t only focus on our latest features and buttons. We focus on improving your team’s efficiency and bottom-line performance. When you join the Marketware team, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Success Executive (CSE) to be with you and your team every step of the way. Our team of Executives have all formerly worked as liaisons and recruiters and have an extensive knowledge base of the industry and product. From implementation and onboarding to your day-to-day activities, we’ll be here to support and enable your organization to strengthen and grow.

As you dive in, we know questions may arise. Your dedicated Client Success Executive will guide you through Marketware to help you find growth opportunities for your organization. Your CSE is your go-to representative for all things physician relations, data analytics, recruiting, and onboarding. They will be in touch with you often. From weekly calls and emails, you’ll find they’re always there to keep you moving forward.

Implementation Process

Marketware implementation isn’t just a 1-&-done sort of thing. Once you’ve joined, our Client Success team will begin onboarding your organization in 5 stages.

1. Discovery

As you get started, you’ll work with your dedicated Client Success Executive (CSE) to set a timeline that aligns with your needs. This initial phase allows us to understand your organization’s strategic priorities and establish next steps.

By focusing on these foundational elements, we ensure that the implementation process not only meets but exceeds your expectations, paving the way for long-term success and collaboration.

2. Planning

In this stage, we’ll work together to gain a thorough understanding of your internal and external data assets. While also setting up both the software and its users, to ensure everyone is equipped and ready to leverage the platforms effectively from day one.

3. Training

Now it’s time to get going! Your dedicated Client Success Executive (CSE) will coordinate with you to set up online modules tailored and virtual training sessions covering essential features and functionalities. We will also review your claims data together, ensuring that you understand how to leverage this information for strategic decision-making.

Lastly, we’ll facilitate live training sessions where your team can ask questions and engage directly with our experts. This ensures that everyone on your team feels educated and ready to maximize their use of Marketware’s tools from day one.

4. Launch

The launch phase is an exciting time when all preparations come together. Our support doesn’t waver — we remain available before, during, and after launch to assist users with any questions or challenges they may face. Additionally, we provide ongoing training support and refine any data as needed to optimize performance.

5. Onboarding

Even after launch, our commitment continues with regular check-ins with your Client Success Executive. These calls are an opportunity for us to share best practices and provide ongoing assistance — ensuring you have everything you need for continued success.

Ensuring Success

Following implementation, your dedicated Client Success Executive will remain an invaluable resource. Acting as both an advocate for your needs and a strategic partner. This is accomplished through routine Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).

EBRs are designed to engage your key stakeholders in understanding how optimization of Marketware can further support a positive return on investment. During these scheduled meetings, we’ll focus on analyzing performance metrics and discussing optimization strategies that can further align Marketware with your organizational goals.
